I had a lot of discussion on Module 2.3 Making and receiving calls of DAY 26 +DAY 27 in Global Business Skills with Dawn-san.
Firstly, I tried to fill in the blanks by listening to each sentence stated in CASE 2.
I could learn how to use “in” + department and “of” + company through her teaching.
It was very useful for me.
I also learned the NATO phonetic alphabet.
I could learn how to use this alphabet through my conversation with her. She taught me how to express the spelling of a name.
I enjoyed the lesson with her.
