要望欄にテキスト変更を記載したのですが、システム上うまく反映していないのか読んでいないのか10分ロスしました。運営のシステムが2回も検索時と予約時に希望コースを入力しないといけない手間が不便に感じました。
スムーズな予約と文字の書き込みの授業ができない不具合で大きくシステム的な部分で不満を感じました。
先生は、にこやかに何とか対応してくれました。
