上课态度不够认真，孩子已经复述过了完全没听到要求重新要求复述，对于不会念的单词不提示，就反复看着孩子，上课感受不好。虽然孩子说不要扣分，可能是方法不适应。但是作为老师，积极引导有耐心是很重要的，希望改进，谢谢。
