調子が悪いという事でカランからトピックカンバセーションへ変更。喉の調子が良くない時にカランのフルブックレビションは申し訳ないと思ってカリキュラムの変更を提案したのは私だけれど…、評価をみてカランを楽しみにしてはいたので少し残念。
100ポイントの講師だと代替の講師も100ポイントの講師でないと見合わないのでなかなか休めないのかなと思いました。
講師のモチベーション及び受講者の為、調子が悪い時はきちんと休みが取れる環境にならば良いなと思いました。
