To start off with some small talk, I congratulated Ms. Zanida on her improved performance rating and mentioned that I had watched her self-introduction video, noting how well she had delivered the presentation. During the T/C lesson, I also made an effort to ensure a two-way exchange of ideas as much as possible. I felt that my own listening and speaking skills were gradually improving.
