カランメソッド受講しました。初心者にはスピードが速いと感じるかもしれませんが、シャドーイングはそもそもなかなか入る隙がない所をいかにスピーキングするかを鍛える訓練ですし、復習だけでなく新たなレッスンも進行出来たので良かったです。
