講師の研修中だからこそ、良い環境で研修させてあげた方が良いのではないかと思います。講師によるテキストのダウンロードにとても時間を要したり、音声の途切れ、周囲のノイズが大きかったりなどが気になりました。生徒にとっても聞き取りずらいので、レッスン効果が下がってしまうと思います。
