おそらく指導を始めて間もないのだろうと思いますが、歌をうたう時に機器の操作の不備？不慣れ？のせいか音楽が鳴らず、先生が色々試行錯誤している間説明がないまま2分ほどしばらく待つことになり、その際の先生に対するサポート体制が無いのか不満が残りました。会社としてしっかりとした対策をお願い致します。
