機器の問題で、先生の声の音量が極端に大きくなったり、極端に小さくなっていました。先生の問題ではなく、アプリのノイズキャンセル機能やヘッドセットの質、機器の設定の問題もあると思いますので、可能ならば会社として対応していただけるとありがたいです。レッスン進行自体はスムーズで、とても良い先生でした。
