6:30AMのレッスンで眠かった娘(年長)の機嫌が最悪で泣き叫んでいましたが、先生は切替えて母(私)と話をしたり、1歳妹に歌の動画を見せてくれたりしました。
とても柔軟な対応をしてくださって感激しました。

Teacher Zancrow is a very patient and flexible person.
Today my 5y daughter was too sleepy to take a lesson, and she screamed in tears.
Teacher understood the situation immediately and tried to take an interest from her, but it failed…
Then she talked with me, played a nursery rhyme videos on screen for my 1y daughter instead of a lesson.
I appreciate from bottom of my heart.
