以前お願いしてとても良かったので定期でお願いしています。こちらのペースに合わせてもらうばかりでなく、私にとっては少し難しいスピードに挑戦しているのですが、レッスンの間ずっと脳がフル回転、それがとても良いトレーニングになっていると感じます。
