子供が受講しましたが、クラスルームに入室し講師を待っていたところ、画面に現れたとたん、日本語で「きみとえんぎり!」と差別発言があり、レッスン開始後も、講師はどこからスタートするかわからない状態で、進め方も遅く（まだ初めて数回目ですが、レッスン内容の説明もない）、子供を先導することもない講師でした。
