I had good discussion on Module 2.5 Business Telephone Etiquette in Global Business Skills with Ramona-san.
First of all, I could fill in the blanks of the questions on Telephone Do’s and Don’t of Reading and Writing. I also tried to fill in the blanks by listening to each sentence of the Listening parts of Answering Devices by listening to her reading.
I explained to her my experience about international calls based on different time zones.
I enjoyed communicating with her.
